Leading people to Christ at the Franklin Graham crusade in London
For many years Steve has been involved in street evangelism and outreach in various cities across the U.K. These involve one to one evangelism, public testimony & preaching as well as operating in spiritual gifts & praying for the sick.
These outreaches have been in connection with a range of groups and para-church organisations in locations as far afield as Oxford, Northampton, Cardiff, Southampton, Blackpool, Yeovil & Reading as well as many areas of London.
God has been faithful and we have seen His miraculous hand to save people from their sins, heal the sick and numerous miraculous works.

Unprecedented 'God loves you tour' with Franklin Graham as the 'quiet revival' gets louder.
June 2025 - ExCeL arena, London
It is now several years since LGBT activists shockingly derailed Franklin Grahams first visit to London just before Covid 19. That malicious attempt was spectacularly defeated in what could only be called supernatural intervention.
Since then God has opened the door on three occasions to the noted evangelist and time the Lord of the harvest exceeded all that He has done before.
Brother Graham has reported a total of 17,000 people were in attendance last night which is a massive increase on the huge 10,000 strong crowd of two years ago. The event was accompanied by what may be a record number of counsellors to minister to those that came forward to commit their lives to Christ and each were given two packs and two bibles as it was clear that even this number of counsellors would be inadequate to deal with the potential numbers that were expected to respond to the appeal.
As it turned out, many hundreds of young people enthusiastically responded leaving counsellors very busy indeed. The front of the aisles were full and the line of people went back almost as far as the eye could see. The readiness at which young people responded to the call to repent and follow Christ was stark.
I soon ran out of bibles and started packs and was then approached by two more people who were looking for someone to minister to them. Leading stewards were on hand to give out additional materials but it took a while for me to get the attention of one of them as they were snowed under dealing with the shortfall. It was glorious.
Franklin Graham appealing for people to respond to the gospel
In this, the third time Franklin Graham has ministered here, this was surely the most willing and enthusiastic {and youthful} response I have seen. This 'quiet revival' as it has been dubbed has been driven in large part by an awakening among the young and this was seen tonight in the most undeniable fashion. While we have seen a steady increase in the number of people visiting churches this, on the other hand, was like a dam breaking. A veritable flood of young people, hearts open, some joyous, some thoughtful, others weeping. All responding. Many stayed on at the front as a worship band played creating an exuberant atmosphere.
God is moving here with a tangible anointing. Early in the evening as singer Cece Winans took to the stage and began to sing and lift up the name of Christ you could sense such a liberty in the Spirit. God's presence was tangible and available to any heart that was open to Him, and many hearts were indeed open.
A team have committed to stay up at a nearby hotel working through all the decision cards until 3am. Last time a total of 1,100 responded to the call of Christ. Tonight feels like a whole new level has been reached. The Lord knows how many have come into His kingdom on this day. What has been labelled 'The quiet revival' is starting to get a lot louder.

The Harvest is Plenteous...
and Now So Are The Labourers!
April 2025 - Central London, 7 different locations
I have described England as hard bitten, cynical and unbelieving. I have painted the church as being asleep at the wheel. I have reported London as being the city of many dark giants. I have borne witness to the labourers as being painfully few and far between. I stand by what I have said. It was a blunt yet accurate assessment.
But that was then...and this is now.
I arrived at Tottenham Court Road as a crowd began to form. Within 20 minutes there were upwards of 200 saints gathered. Christ focused, gospel purposed & Spirit filled. A veritable army of believers. Under the banner of ‘The Kings Army’ they were equipped with the ‘Jesus at the Door’ evangelism tool. This King's Army was gathered from many churches, trained and ready. By the end of the afternoon they had not just outreached one area but marched 'en masse' through 7 different parts of the capital, shining a blazing light of the gospel. They didn’t come to impact London. They came to turn it upside down.
The saints were encouraged not to trust in the ‘power of the flesh’ and then responded by passionately hailing king Jesus. Passers by were drawn by the worship and numerous gospel conversations ensued. This was just the start.

The large crowd were led in a procession of Christ centred proclamation to Oxford Circus where bolder worship ensued with more impassioned preaching. Many saints fell to their knees as a call went out to put away any sin that might beset us. Suddenly the atmosphere shifted. Within a minute there were a host of conversations with members of the public. Whereas before people would walk on by, now they were stopping. Something was going on.
They marched to Carnaby street. Again impassioned preaching. Again bold proclamation of King Jesus. Again heartfelt and exuberant worship. Public prayers became an exercise in the prophetic. Again passers by stopped in their tracks and gospel conversations ensued.
Perhaps the biggest shift happened at the next location in Piccadilly Circus right under the shadow of the demonic statue of Eros. This time the preaching cut through the air like a knife. Sexual strongholds such as LGBT were openly called out and thrown down. I want you to understand what was happening there. It is only now as I look on the map that I realise that these three locations form the exact boundary to Soho, the most filthy and debauched stronghold of uncleanness in the country. The Kings Army were marching around its exact borders like the children of Israel around Jericho. Right there and then under the hapless and helpless gaze of the butt naked statue of Eros, the wall came down and there were gospel conversations everywhere. Walls of resistance melted away as first I saw a man surrender his life to Christ followed by another male being prayed for by two team members. Next thing, an older lady was receiving prayer. There was no anger, no heckling, no opposition. I have no idea how many got saved in that short moment. All I know is that there was a lot of talking going on and a fair bit of praying.
Onwards, the Kings Army marched to Trafalgar square where I have seen many of the biggest giants make their nefarious voices heard in the past. Into the spiritual chaos they marched. There were not one but two protests going on here and the police were in force. No amplification used here. This time the saints went out by two. First a member of the public collapsed, then a member of the team fell. In all that was going on in the spiritual realm the police gave us no bother and I watched as a member of security working in conjunction with the police received prayer, I think for salvation. Here more people heard the gospel one to one than anywhere else.
As we marched out, an oppressed man began to cry out in anger against us and heckle us. He cut a pathetic sight and the jubilant saints didn’t even give him a second thought as they marched in jubilant triumph and dominion on to the next location proclaiming Jesus is King. By now they were not just marching on the path. They were marching right down the road!
Carnaby street is situated within the boundary of Soho itself. The preaching and proclamation intensified. The gospel came to the people. The saints proclaimed Jesus without let or hindrance and there was such a clear presence of God and anointing on the preaching of the word. I’ve been street preaching for a quarter of a century and these are the areas I least like to go but something has just changed. I can’t tell you how many people have given their lives to Christ because there was just so much going on. I can only give you a few snapshots of what I saw.
Finally the march continued aplomb to the place I most detest for outreach and that is Leicester Square. It really is ‘Vanity Fair’ with absolute competition for people's attention and restrictive booked pitches for amplification. This was our final destination and the church ramped up the worship!
I was waiting for an angry musician to march over for a confrontation but nothing. Actually the rival secular music died down and the whole place was filled with a sense of God’s presence. The preaching of the word went forth and you could feel something was happening. The preacher called for people to respond and an Indian man came forth and gave his life to Christ. Another person, a young lady with tears in her eyes came forward to give her life to Christ in front of everyone. In the hardest area I’ve known there was liberty. Liberty to sing, liberty to preach, liberty for people to come who have not even been approached. Worship sprang up again and the presence of God came down. You could palpably sense His presence. People were stopping just like that and numerous gospel conversations were being had. It was glorious liberty. I engaged with an onlooker who turned out to be a Korean minister who said, “I have never seen anything like this in 46 years”. He insisted on knowing who we were and becoming part of it. This is what he was thirsty for.
As we finally subsided, the musician in the legally booked pitch began to play and I couldn’t believe it! We had finished worshipping and he started playing and singing Leonard Cohen’s Hallelujah! God is making even the rocks {Gentiles} cry out.
This is just a general overview. I really don’t know how many in total were healed or saved today. The Lord knows those who are His. All I know is that this is not business as usual. The church has gone from potential to potent. The stronghold of London lost its grip as the Lord has indeed thrust many labourers into His harvest field.

BEHOLD I STAND AT THE DOOR & KNOCK
March 2025 - Wealdstone
The weekend started at the famous old Westminster chapel which was one of many locations around the UK that hosted a morning of prayer for the nation.
We prayed for the country, for revival and for the churches.
IF ANY MAN HEARS MY VOICE
From there I went to Wealdstone in Harrow to join a street outreach. There was an atmosphere of worship and God was with us calling people to Himself.
One recipient of our gospel brochures threw the thing in the bin. Soon afterward, a homeless man who was rummaging through the bins, found the said publication and expressed happiness that he had found it. (One man's grime is another man's gold!)
We has another opening with a young man who once walked with the Lord but admitted that he had strayed. We ended up praying with him. This was followed by a conversation with a Hindu man who was open to the possibility that Jesus really is exclusively who He said He is. The man willingly received prayer that Jesus would reveal himself to him.
Toward the end a Hindu lady, who believed there was truth in all religions, stayed around for some time listening to the preaching of the gospel and the worship and seemed genuinely intent on visiting a church the next day. We recommended one to her.
Toward the end we even had a small crowd who had gathered to hear the worship and stayed to hear the preaching of the word.
I WILL FELLOWSHIP WITH HIM & HE WITH ME
The following day in North London I attended a church where I was introduced to a recent convert from Islam. This precious soul had simply been walking past during one of our outreaches in Wealdstone when one of the team began a conversation with them. Both the lady and her husband are now baptised into Christ.
It was such a precious time of fellowship and ministry as I and others gathered to pray for one of converts delivered from the clutches of Islam. What was all the more remarkable about that moment was that around a dozen of those gathered praying at the end of the service were all converts to Christ who had left Islam. Many who were formerly in darkness have heard the voice of Jesus, have opened the door and are now in fellowship with Him.
